Dawn is president of Fan Works Design and enjoys getting to know our clients and advising them on various elements of their projects. Clients describe her as approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dawn has more than 20 years’ experience as an illustrator, production manager, graphic designer, and art director in corporate, non-profit, design studio, and public relations environments.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Illustrators Club of Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Prior to founding Fan Works Design, Dawn was successful in a number of ventures including transitioning Harrisburg Magazine from a newsletter to a full color magazine. Dawn also art directed HR Magazine and Employment Management Today and worked as the special projects designer and publications manager for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and served as art director at Smarteam Communications.
